Entre Nosotras: In conversation with Paola de la Calle, Ester Hernandez, and Olga Talamante
April 26 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Currently on view in the duo exhibition From Fertile Lands Birthing Women Made of Flowers at Galería Studio 24, Entre Nosotras is Paola de la Calle’s project honoring queer elders Ester Hernandez and activist Olga Talamante. With this project, De la Calle dives into the personal journey these women have lived while active and in the center of cultural movements by collecting memories through an oral history approach, observation of personal objects, and archival research to create portraits that roots them in cultural memory.
Join us on Saturday, April 26, 2025, 1-3pm for a conversation with Paola de la Calle, Ester Hernandez, and Olga Talamante. Facilitated by Galería’s Executive Director, Ani Rivera, this conversation will explore the artist and collaborator process to create Entre Nosotras, intertwined herstories, and the continuous path towards liberation.
This event is free to attend. Seating is limited, please RSVP at the link below before Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
