Galeria de la Raza’s vision for artist development is to support artists within the Latinx Arts and Culture sector in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area.
By providing opportunities that strengthen the artist workforce, we address the community’s needs through art advocacy and public engagement that catalyzes structural and systematic changes. We understand that local incubation and investment informs the larger national and global discourse of Latinx cultural identity. All of our artist development programs and initiatives are incubated and housed at our Studio 24 Education and Workforce Development Annex.

R.A.I.C.E.S. Fellowship
The Reimagining Art In Community Education Spaces (R.A.I.C.E.S.) Fellowship is an initiative to support Latinx artists living and working in the City and County of San Francisco.

ReGen Artist Fund
The ReGen Artist Fund is a small grants program that seeks to provide artists with grant writing and artistic program planning skills to develop competitive artistic proposals. Through this program, artists participate in mandatory workshops that encourage them to explore strategies to make artistic projects compelling, design projects that address community priorities, learn to target and reach an audience, build and track a budget, assemble strong work samples and create a biographical summary of their practice.
