(he/him)
Henry Rivera is a queer chicano designer and artist born in Colton, CA. He has a BFA in Graphic Design from California College of the Arts and is part of the Galería de la Raza team where he coordinates marketing communications and visual design.
In his career, he has created work that ranges from brand identity, print design, exhibition curation and spatial design, bookmaking and printmaking. He explores Queerness in his work, both in identity and the idea of the strange and weird. In more recent years, he has been navigating where he wants to take his art practice next, as he connects more to his inner self.
