PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING WORK FOR REVIEW:

Galería de la Raza is interested in reviewing artist's work on an ongoing basis. We encourage Chicano/Latino artists from all genres (visual, performance, photography, creative writing, film, music, and cultural work) to contact Galeria. We welcome opportunities to become aware of as many artists as possible and will include artists-regardless of age-in thematic exhibitions when appropriate. Solo exhibitions are decided by invitation only.

Please submit the following materials for review. Galería de la Raza cannot be held responsible for any original materials-please submit duplicates to the attention of the Gallery Coordinator, Raquel de Anda.

1. A cover letter with a statement about your work

2. A minimum of (10) slides fully labeled (or color copies, photos, etc.)

3. An artist resume or biography

4. Catalogs, clippings, or invitations

5. VHS tapes may be submitted for viewing; however they will not be returned unless appropriate postage is included.

**DO NOT SEND IMAGES VIA EMAIL

**URL's/links to your website are ok.

Unless explicitly noted by the artist in the cover letter, all materials become the property of Galería de la Raza. Please enclose a SASE if you wish to have your materials returned to you. Submitted materials are generally reviewed within two months.
