Galería’s billboard, designed by Omid Rashidi, continues this tradition and seeks to bring attention to Chávez’s principles. As the second Bush term confirms its culture of war, we would like to acknowledge the timeliness of Chavez’s words to draw inspiration and encouragement from his life devotion to non-violent social change.
