Please join us for the opening reception of our first exhibition of the year, #UndocuJoy: Unfathomable Strength on Saturday, February 10th at 7PM.

#UndocuJoy is a celebratory exhibition honoring the day-to-day spirit, passion, intelligence and resilience embodied by undocumented communities. With this group exhibition, we challenge the media’s collective archetype of undocumented people, which often conjures images of fear, despair and villains.

Galería de la Raza is seeking art for an upcoming group exhibition titled Comida es Medicina. This exhibition explores the topic of foods justice from Latinx, Chicanx, Central American, indigenous, and immigrant perspectives.

We have been so lucky to be a host site for Youth Speaks' Open Mics these past few months. Held at Galería every last Friday till May 2018. Come to inspire and be inspired by young artists across the Bay Area; sharing poetry, spoken word, music, dance, and more.

Under the Blue Moon of March, on the final night of Mes Internacional de la Mujer, Lunada is honored to host award winning internationally renowned Chicana author and maestra LUCHA CORPI, and emerging jazz salsa vocalist, ADRIANA MARRERO who will share an intimate set of jíbaro salsa soul favorites from Puerto Rico.
